These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Shellax-Cozy online shop.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with Florian Günther, Shellax-Cozy, Heilbronn 37, 91555 Feuchtwangen, Germany, E-mail: shellax@gmx.net.
3. Products
Shellax-Cozy offers 3D-printed decorative items made from PLA+. The figures are sold unpainted in white and are suitable for individual painting, collecting, gifting, or decorating.
The figures are decorative items and not toys. They are not intended as tested children's toys.
As these are 3D-printed products, fine layer lines, minor surface differences, and minimal production-related deviations may occur. These do not constitute a defect, provided that the function and overall visual impression are not significantly impaired.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by e-mail.
5. Prices and Sales Tax
All stated prices are final prices. According to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged and not shown.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by the payment service providers integrated into the shop.
7. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping is currently available within Germany. Shipping costs are €4.99. For orders over €20.00, shipping within Germany is free.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
10. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
11. Dispute Resolution
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
